How to run your fastest Mile

Last month I ran the Westminster Mile and it was my fastest mile time yet. Admittedly I could have of paced it a little bit better but I was happy with my performacne and how my training panned out which is what prompted me to write this post.

My London Marathon Experience

The London Marathon made it on to my bucket list in 2015 and a few years later, I was given the opportunity by New Balance to run the 2018 London Marathon. It was without a doubt one of the best and worst experiences of my life. That sounds a bit dramatic but trust me, it was!
