Hello! It has been a while! Life got a little busier & we’ve pretty much had 4 months of solid sunshine so it’s safe to say I have been enjoying life. But, I have also been working hard and I am so excite to tell you that you can now train with me online and in the studio!
Let’s start with online. I’ve added an online training page to my blog, but whilst I’ve got you here I might as well tell you all about it! My online services are for anyone starting out, looking to get back into fitness or my seasoned gym goers who want to get closer to their goals. My programmes are tailored specifically to your needs and goals, and include strength and conditioning, mobility workouts and cardio. Each programme is centred around the equipment you have and the amount of time you can dedicate to each session too.
I’m not super strict in the sense that I’ll ban you from your favourite treats and expect you to spend hours on end in the gym. But, what I do ask is for you to be honest with me, yourself and your training. If you want to do some online training, please contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If online training isn’t your thing, you can join me every Thursday evening at Ministry of Fitness for a strength session! You can book classes here up to one week in advance. Ministry do a whole range of classes, from HIIT to more Metcon style training and then of course the strength classes on Thursday’s! This class is perfect for anyone looking to sculpt their body and increase their strength and power in a challenging yet fun environment.
This has been a long time coming but I wanted to take my time with creating training plans (which have been tried and tested) that were challenging, enjoyable and really embraced my athletic training style.
