I never used to eat pancakes and Pancake Day isn’t something that I usually celebrate but after discovering a love for low carb and high protein pancakes, everyday is Pancake Day in my house! This shrove Tuesday I celebrated Pancake Day for the first time in years, at the Lomax Gym in Chelsea for the Let’s Talk Pancakes event with Zanna Van Dijk and Active in Style.

IMG_0362A handful of bloggers, vloggers, personal trainers, fitness enthusiasts and I were invited to the Nike launch of We Run London. I’ve always thought that running and champagne go hand in hand and evidently Nike believe in my philosophy too because the champagne flowed as freely as water, as we discussed the 10km race.

The healthy recipes are back and today I am excited to bring you the best recipe that I have created so far. I am obsessed with frozen fruit and berries so this week I have created a Clean Berry bake. It is full of protein and vitamins and it tastes incredible, if I do say so myself!

Today’s recipe is a clean version of my favourite childhood treat, chocolate brownies. This recipe is so clean that I had a few brownies immediately after I finished exercising, because these brownies contain everything that my body needs to repair itself after an intense workout.
