Taking Time Out

  As I become older and further my career, taking time out being able to “switch off” is becoming more and more important. In the past it’s not something that I have managed well, but as I develop person so does my ability to be able to switch off from the working and tune back into my world.

Tips for staying healthy while travelling

I have been in Kos since Saturday and I have worked out every day but I have indulged every day too. I have unashamedly eaten bread; pancakes covered in Nutella and chocolate cake in one sitting (breakfast, interestingly enough) and still rocked a bikini afterwards!
