More than just a smile

Your dentist can tell a lot about your lifestyle by the way that you smile. They can tell if you floss regularly, if you’re a diet coke addict or if you have a sweet tooth. As a child I used to go to the dentist religiously but in my adult years the visits are a lot less frequent. It’s a mixture of not being able to find the time and not suffering from any real dental issues, but that doesn’t mean that my dental health isn’t a priority.

I’m someone who brushes, flosses and mouth washes and I also use Peppersmith mints and chewing gum to keep my teeth healthy throughout the day. They made are with 100% xylitol which helps to reduce the risk of plaque and help maintain healthy teeth and fresh breath.

Dental health is so important and I know that so many of us are time poor and struggle to get to the dentist for frequent check-ups, so here are 3 easy tips on how to maintain your dental health in between brushing and keep your smile looking healthy, with Peppersmith.

1.    Chew or eat Peppersmith mints and gum after eating or drinking to protect against damage. Most of our food leads acid on our teeth, which in turn erodes the enamel. Peppersmith contains Xylitol to prevent this from happening and to help keep your teeth strong and plague free.

2.    Keep the sugar cravings at bay with Peppersmith pastilles. Most damage to our teeth happens during the day when sugars feed bacteria that form plaque and produce acids. Reduce your sugar intake and satisfy your sweet tooth with Peppersmith Pastilles.

3.    Freshen up your breath on the move. The best thing about Peppersmith is that you don’t need a sink, toothbrush and toothpaste to freshen up your breath and keep your teeth feeling clean. You can just pop a mint on the go, which is perfect for those of us with busy schedules.
