After months of deliberating, I have finally decided to enrol on a personal training course so that I create content that shows you exercise in the most innovative way. As a fitness blogger and influencer, it is my responsibility to give you sound advice and the best way for me to do that is through further studying.
My love for health and fitness is undeniable, you can find it sprinkled all over my blog and it’s a part of my identity. I’ve been active since a child and it’s stayed with me all the way up until my adult years (excluding the lazy mid teens). I’ve worked in the industry for almost 2 years and now I find myself starting another journey in the world of fitness and I will be doing my personal training course with Train Fitness.
I want to help you run faster, become stronger and have a positive mental attitude towards life that no one can destroy.
I don’t pay too much attention to atheistic because I’m all about performance based exercises. I want to be able to equip you with the knowledge and the exercises needed to run your fastest half marathon, your fastest 10km and your fastest mile. I want to help you to prepare your body for movement and enable you to become stronger, lift heavier and work more efficiently. I am going to rid the world of boring exercises, one bicep curl at a time!
In an ideal world I’d have enrolled on a 4 week intensive course but due to my working commitments I’ll be studying online. It’s going to be hard but I’m working towards a goal and as long as I remember that goal, I’ll do just fine.
Just when you think you have your life sorted, you get hit by another curve ball! I guess that’s the best thing about life, it’s a journey that just keeps giving if you let it. 2017, I’m ready for you.
