I absolutely love the Olympics and the Summer of Sport. It’s by far my favourite sporting event and although it only lasts a mere 14 or so days, it leaves me feeling inspired, motivated and determined to do something extraordinary…long after the games have finished.
Summer in London is always a special time. You’ll find runners sprinkled around the park and bootcampers covering every inch of grass. I love how healthy the city becomes when the sun is shining and last week I went to 3 different fitness events that channelled the Olympic spirit and celebrated the Summer of Sport in the most creative and innovate way and I captured it all in my first fitness vlog!
I wasn’t able to film much of the Nike Unlimited YOU event, but here are few photographs to show you want we got up to! The running and training experience took place in the Old Truman Brewery. We were offered two unique journeys; a Kobox class paired with a bespoke Nike+ Run Club session or a Barry’s Bootcamp treadmill workout followed by a Nike+ Training Club (NTC) session which included live performances from Heritage Orchestra. I was in the latter group.
I am still new to YouTube but I absolutely love creating and editing videos so it’s something that I am trying to do more of. I’d love to hear you feedback, let me know if there is anything that you want to see more of on my blog and YouTube Channel and don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel!
