A handful of bloggers, vloggers, personal trainers, fitness enthusiasts and I were invited to the Nike launch of We Run London. I’ve always thought that running and champagne go hand in hand and evidently Nike believe in my philosophy too because the champagne flowed as freely as water, as we discussed the 10km race.
