Rise and Grind, It’s Workout Time

  I wake up at 5:50am three times a week to the sound of Miguel telling me that he wants to let his love adorn me. The sky is still dark as I slip out of my 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets (John Lewis sale) and in to pink and black Lyrca.
